Timber is one of the world’s only natural renewable building resources with non-toxic, recyclable and biodegradable attributes and has well proven advantages compared with commercial alternatives such as plastics, steels & concretes etc.

We recognise that the protection of the environments in which timber is grown is vital for the continuation of our business. To this end we take the utmost care and time when choosing softwoods to ensure the traceability and integrity of our products.

All of the timber used by N F P Europe Limited is sourced from well-managed forests and predominantly from plantations in the Nordic countries and the Baltics. All are governed by very strict environmental accreditation policies.

N F P Europe Limited continually strives to ensure 100% of the timber we trade in is purchased from legal and sustainable sources.
